Hello!  Let me take a minute to introduce myself. Where I have come from and my background might be  relevant but not as important as what I do and what drives me to do it! With that in mind,  I thought I would just give an overview and expand upon it in the ‘About Me”  link.

After working ten years as a sales rep, I moved into corporate training.  I founded RLH & Associates in 1988 with the goal of helping people maximize their potential through personal development programs such as goal setting, time management, leadership and connecting with others through the understanding of human behavior..  I talked to a friend from church who was on the Board of a non profit organization  which was looking for a new vision of helping youth and families in the surrounding communities.  Out of this birthed a vision of working with youth and teaching the same success principles that I was teaching business leaders.  I founded a not for profit organization called  Youth Services Alliance in 1999.   Since then I have devoted my life working with youth and families to maximize their potential through these three organizations as well as my church.  I am blessed to have the opportunity to do what I do and hope that I can live out my life pursuing God’s purpose for my life!   You will see  an important piece of me in all of these endeavors and when put together the reason I do what I do is made manifest.
